Diloolie is me. It's my tumblr moniker, hence "Diloolieart" being my blog.

I'm opening up a new type of commissions, based on what I've seen work on tumblr. The old journal no longer applies and is probably vanishing soon. I don't have a limit on how many commissions I'll take at one time, because right now, that wouldn't change anything.

Spreading this is appreciated. I'm currently out of work, due to graduating a year ago and finding nobody willing to take me in for a job. Because I technically have never 'worked' (even though I did work-study in school), I'm not able to get any benefits to help me get on my feet so I can buy food and such, even though I am disabled thanks to a car accident two years ago screwing up my back. Currently, all of my food and shelter and so on is courtesy of my parents.

Real talk, though? My parents are abusive jerks who are happy to tell me I'm a useless waste of space because I haven't found a job. They also curse at me regularly, most notably saying I am a "fucking bitch", but usually being more subtle so that they can continue to claim that I am the Most Awful Child and they are saints for putting up with me and not lose their reputation. They can continue this abuse because they own me thanks to money.

I've already had to call 911 in the past, because the abuse has gone back to being physical and I thought if I claimed I was suicidal again, I could get away. It didn't work and paying for that ambulance has made the situation more precarious.

I'm not giving out a sob story because I want people to feel bad for me. I just want to earn money. Art is the only way I can do that right now. So anyone who considers me or spreads the word is someone I'm grateful to.
